Reduced Rate Services

Reduced Rate Eligibility

While final sliding scale rates are determined with providers on a case-by-case basis, we’ve established the below eligibility requirements in order to prioritize those who face significant barriers to mental health services. After meeting these requirements, factors that contribute to setting the rate can include annual income, debt, having dependents or caring for loved ones, employment barriers, immigration status, student status, and disability, among other unique factors.

To access reduced rate services, please review the eligibility requirements and complete the form linked at the bottom of this page.

Don’t meet the eligibility requirements?

You do not have access to extended benefits

Either directly or as a spouse or dependent of someone who is insured. Exceptions are not made for those who have access to insurance that covers specific mental health professionals with credentials that our professionals don’t hold (ie: your insurance covers registered psychologists but not registered social workers)

You do not have access to free mental health services that meet your needs through other programs

Programs such as student services, Employee and Family Services Program (EFAP), victim services, Child and Family Services or otherwise

Paying the full rate for mental health services will compromise your ability to meet basic needs

Basic needs such as food, housing, utilities, and transportation
