Jessica Hartog (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a Master of Counselling from City University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Manitoba. Jessica works with youth, young adults, adults, and couples. Practicing on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
Jessica’s approach is rooted in person-centred, strength-based, trauma-informed and harm reduction lens. She combines her formal education with lived experience, offering a unique understanding and sensitivity to the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals. This combination allows her to provide informed and affirming care that is tailored to the specific needs of this community.
Jessica is committed to helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a way that respects their unique experiences and strengths. She fosters a collaborative and empowering environment, guiding clients toward meaningful growth and self-discovery that reflects their values.
